I have a nice sleep last night i have not enough sleep since last week but on Sunday as in today i sleep until 11am and last night i sleep at 3am so in the afternoon the first person to call me out is Sui Jin second person is my friend Poon Tat and the last person to call me out is Yugence..

Suj Jin Call me out to West Mall and have lunch with him as he is studying over there in KFC but is raining so i don't feel like going out because i might be going out until night time although i have bought extra set of cloths i don't want to go out when it is raining...

Poon tat call me out is to watch movie with him at the West Mall but he change his mind again don't want to watch movie is because RAINING!

Yugence call me is let me know where are they going to have gym session and where to meet them than i choose to go out to gym why? because i have less time spending with them play, sing and fellowship..

The timing yugence give me is keep changing haha from 2.30pm change to 4pm and lastly they change to 5pm but we enter to the gym at 5.35pm this my first time i went to gym, in the first place i feel very shy but i step inside i feel good because i just love it haha.. the first thing i do inside is to RUN! haha run on the running truck very fun... than we have our dinner at Best 2 with Shi Hui, Sue, Knoon fai, Yugence and Garrick include me than i went to church after the dinner to wash up and change to my the other cloths i having alot of fun today and just now i reach home i in the toilet i saw my arm got a circle sharp if i keep on building up i think very soon i have a pour nice circle sharp...
